The NYS Environmental Facilities Corporation and the NYS Department of Health are jointly holding their annual Public Hearing for the Draft 2018 Intended Use Plan (IUP) for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) programs.  Staff will provide a background of the CWSRF and DWSRF Programs and answer any questions of those attending.  After the presentations there will be time for attendees to provide public comments for the record.  The Draft Intended Use Plans will be finalized in September.  The final CWSRF and DWSRF 2018 IUP will become on October 1, 2017 and will run until September 30th, 2018.
