Vegan Cooking: Fall Feast

You will learn how to make a quick, easy vegan feast fit for a weeknight meal or a holiday table! We will use regular ingredients that you can find at any local supermarket, and fast and easy cooking techniques, that will result in a crowd-pleasing colorful meal for your fall table. A chickpea cutlet, a super easy cornbread stuffing and a versatile autumn-inspired salad that will have you rethinking the difficulties and challenges of vegan food and vegan cooking. Presented by Nicole Arciello, a local vegan cook and animal rights activist.
