Vegan Cooking: Fall Feast
Learn how to whip up a quick, easy vegan feast fit for a weeknight meal or a holiday table! Local vegan cook and animal rights activist Nicole Arciello will demonstrate how you can use regular ingredients that you can find at any local supermarket, and fast and easy cooking techniques, that will result in a crowd-pleasing colorful meal for your fall table. Enjoy samples, and take home the recipes for a chickpea cutlet, a super easy cornbread stuffing, and a versatile autumn-inspired salad that will have you rethinking the difficulties and challenges of vegan food and vegan cooking.
