This meeting is intended to coordinate regional stormwater stewards to aid in understanding and adapting to the new MS4 permit recently released by the DEC.
This meeting will be cohosted by the NY Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) and the Capital District Regional Planning Commission (CDRPC). The forum/presentation will be an opportunity for individuals to ask questions to the DEC regarding this new MS4 permit, as well as an opportunity to learn from others in the room. The new MS4 permit was released in December of 2023 and requires municipalities to adapt to new/edited regulations laid out in the permit. By coordinating efforts and knowledge, better stormwater practices in the region can be achieved.
