Qi Gong

Qi Gong is a time-honored practice that focuses on health, relaxation, energy and vitality. Easy to learn and accessible to all ages and fitness levels, Qi Gong yields a clearer mind, more energy, and reduced body tension through movements that mirror nature. These free sessions will be led by Maria Patrick, Certified Health Coach and Qi Gong Instructor. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and may bring a yoga mat. Registration required (signing up below will register you for the entire series - once registered, you may attend whichever sessions are convenient)
