The Adirondack Mountain Club is hosting an Open House to showcase its wide range programs and group outings in the Adirondack Park, and in local parks and preserves.  Attendees will have the opportunity to meet experienced group leaders and outdoor enthusiasts to learn more about the Club's efforts to promote conservation, advocacy, recreation, education and stewardship of the state's wilderness areas. Presenter Cliff Prewencki is Chair of the Albany Chapter of the Adirondack Mountain Club. He is an experienced group leader and has been active in promoting responsible public use of the state's wilderness areas. He has also been an active member and long-time supporter of the Taconic Hiking Club.
