Hosted by the Town of Colonie in partnership with HomeSave, a coalition of non profit legal and housing groups, attendees can get an overview of the foreclosure process, meet one-on-one to discuss their options, determine eligibility for the Mortgage Assistance Program (MAP), learn about NYSERDA's programs to reduce energy costs and home repair programs. The presenters, Tracy Petersen, Susan Cotner, Tracy Gibeau, and Krystina Mirable are HUDCertified housing counselors with years of experience in assisting homebuyers and homeowners.
