“Qi Gong for Spring” is all about Growth, Transformation, Creativity, and
Abundance. Spring represents a time of awakening when nature is waking
from winter hibernation with new life and blooming into a new
beginning. The Spring season is a great time to enliven and awaken our
energy as well as the perfect time for cleansing and rejuvenation. In this
workshop, we will focus on the Swimming Dragon style of Qi Gong. The
Dragon is associated with both strength and flexibility. This is a powerful
workout and cultivates a healthy, strong body. We will also focus on
transformation, letting go of the old and bringing in the new. 

These free sessions will be led by Maria Patrick, Certified Health Coach and Qi Gong Instructor. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and may bring a yoga mat.
