It's all about salad at our May Cookbook Club meeting.  From green salads, vegetable salads, fruit salads, and salads of pasta, legumes, or grains, to mixed salads incorporating meat, poultry, or seafood, make and bring a dish and then enjoy tasting and discussing the diverse results. Choose any salad recipe from the library's extensive cookbook collection - or stop at the Information Desk for assistance selecting a recipe from our cookbook of the month selection.  Don't forget to bring a serving utensil, and a copy of the recipe you made!
