Qi Gong is a traditional Chinese practice of aligning breath and movement to boost energy, mental focus and physical well-being. Qi Gong will help you to cleanse and clear stress and anxiety out of your entire system. You will learn breathing exercises to bring your heart into the present moment. You will clear out stagnant energy that can make you sick and build a protective energy shield around you to keep you strong and healthy throughout the holidays. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and may bring a yoga mat.
