We will also look very at plastics pollution, and discuss the realities of plastic recycling.

Glen Culbertson Bio:
I'm a volunteer with Zero Waste Capital District who helped staff the ZW booth at the Colonie Farmers' Market this summer, where we collected food scraps to compost instead of going into the landfill. I'm also a recent graduate of Dr. Judith Enck's course, Beyond Plastics.
